A complaint inspection was conducted on February 15, 2023 following a complaint that was received by the department on 1/27/2023. The allegation was regarding nutrition.
Based on staff interviews and review of documentation, the complaint was determined to be not valid. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
