A monitoring inspection was conducted Thursday, February 2, 2023. The licensing inspector was onsite, completing the inspection to ensure compliance with the Intensive Plan of Correction from approximately 10:50am until 11:50am. There were 17 children present, ranging in ages from two years to five years, with four staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of three staff members? records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
