Discussion about the center's policies on: Termination of services, the application of late fees, and their policy on children going outside under weather allowing conditions (standard 380.A.1).
Documentation was reviewed with regards to parent handbook, termination letter, and acknowledgement form signed by parent.
It should be noted that licensing (as a whole) does not conduct complaint inspection based on financial issues (ie. late fees).

The following unannounced complaint inspection took place on 02/14/2023, between the hours of 10 am through 11 am in conjunction with the child day center located in Ashburn, Virginia. Based on all available evidence, the following are the findings for those areas of the standard that were in review:
