Standard #: 8VAC20-780-70 Description: Based on records review, the center failed to keep at the center the required staff records to include the name, address, and telephone number of a person to be notified in an emergency and any health problems that may interfere with fulfilling the job responsibilities. Evidence: The record for staff #2, date of employment 1/14/23, could not be located. Plan of Correction: Per the center "we have fixed this and will make sure we follow our process."
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-550-G Description: Based on documentation review and interview, the center failed to document that a monthly practice evacuation drill occurred. Evidence: The documentation of emergency evacuation drills did not have any drills documented during the months of October, November, December 2022 or January 2023. When interviewed, the Director acknowledged that the drills were not documented. Plan of Correction: Per the center "we will make sure all drills are done correctly and timely."
