A monitoring inspection was conducted to examine the areas of noncompliance identified in the Intensive Plan of Correction. Areas of the center including classrooms and staff to children ratios were observed. Documentation was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
