Technical Assistance:
Discussion of Lockdown procedures. The CDC conducts both Shelter-in-place drills and the Lockdown drill behind a lock door. Please document these separately in order to clearly reflect that 2 Shelter-in-place drills have been conducted, and at least 1 Lockdown drill has been conducted within the span of one full year.

Comments:
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 03/01/2023, between the hours of 9:30 am to 11:30 am. There were 68 preschool-age children present with 10 staff supervising, across 9 classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 7 children records, and 1 new board officer file was reviewed; and a follow up to 4 staff records was conducted.

The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
