Today we discussed having a plan in place,in case a parent who is NOT listed on enrollment paperwork shows up to retrieve their child. While one parent may not be listed by the other parent on the enrollment paperwork, if that parent is listed on the child's birth certificate, has picture identification and the center has no legal documentation that this parent does not have parental rights or has had contact restricted, then law enforcement may not support a decision not to release the child to this parent.

A renewal inspection was initiated on 2/28/2023 and concluded on 3/2/2023. There were 17 children present with 2 staff supervising on 3/2/2023. The inspector reviewed compliance on site in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records were reviewed onsite and 2 staff records were reviewed remotely. The onsite inspection started at 5:00 pm and concluded at 6:00 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
