An unannounced joint complaint investigation was conducted with the Social Service local agency in response to a complaint regarding the forbidden action of physical punishment. The investigation was conducted on March 3, 2023, beginning at 10:00 PM and ending at 12:08 PM. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. Documentation was reviewed. Due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations the complaint was determined to be invalid.
