Discussed with management: center's transportation policy, suggested retraining staff that drive the school vans to follow all policies and procedures when transporting children.

An unannounced inspection was conducted on 3/8/23 from 10:30 am to 11:00 am. The inspection was conducted in response to a complaint received by the department related to transportation of school age children. 1 staff member was interviewed, 1 staff's record was reviewed, the center's transportation policy, and records of scheduled school age van runs were reviewed.
