It is recommended the classroom use transition activities coupled with positive verbal redirection to help engage the children when moving from one activity to another. It is best practice for the qualified program leader to conduct these activities while the assistants help prepare the room for the next activity.

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 03/02/2023 In response to a complaint that was received in the licensing regarding allegations in the area of Care of Children. Interviews were conducted with staff, records reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the allegation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
