A complaint inspection was conducted on 02/10/2023 at the center and on 02/15/2023 at a local agency concerning supervision of children. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation. However, there is one violation that was found and cited during the inspection.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-370-1 Complaint related: No Description: Based on interview, staff failed to place an infant on his back when placed in his crib.
Evidence:
Staff #1 stated that they placed the infant on his stomach in the crib.Plan of Correction: All employees will be retrained on safe sleep.
