A unannounced compliant inspection was conducted initiated a self-report on January 6, 2023. The complaint involved concerns of care and protection of children and programming. Staff interviews were conducted, a review of documentation of center policies and procedures and written statement.
The preponderance of evidence did not support a valid finding of the allegations that were investigated.
