An in-person inspection was conducted today in order to determine compliance with the Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC) submitted by the Licensee and accepted 1/5/23 by our office.
3 child records, 1 staff record, ratios, supervision standards, and injury reports were all reviewed. Missing information for child records were reviewed and confirmed with the administrative person responsible for records. Injury report non-compliances were also reviewed with the administrative person.
Additional violations were cited that are not related to the IPOC; however, are part of the child record requirements and found during the course of the inspection.
Licensing Inspectors Marbert and Dramstad were present today from 9:50 AM ? 11:23AM.
