A complaint investigation occurred on 2/14/2023. The allegations were reviewed and assessed for any non-compliance. Staff interviews were conducted on 2/14/2023. Complainant interview was conducted on 2/20/2023. Based on the findings, this complaint is not valid and no violations were issued.
