Standard #: 8VAC20-780-570-E Description: Based on staff interview and observation, the licensee did not ensure prepared infant formula will be refrigerated, dated and labeled with the child's name.
Evidence:
There were bottles in the infant room were not labeled with date and names on the date of the inspection. Confirmed with staff in the infant room.Plan of Correction: Staff are given more the enough labels to ensure all bottles are labeled properly
