Licensing inspector discussed expiring liability insurance, requirements for moving children due to staffing, and expired medication with the director.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:20pm-3:20pm. A sample of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping and playing. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
