Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on March 28, 2023. There were 97 children present, with 17 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7 child records and 7 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description: Based on review of staff records, not all staff were trained within 30 days of the first day of employment, in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Evidence
Staff #1 (DOH 1/7/23) does not have documentation of being trained within 30 days of their first day of employment in first aid and CPR.
