A complaint inspection was initiated on March 22, 2023 and concluded on March 22, 2023 pertaining to allegations of staffing and supervision and special care provision and emergencies. During this inspection, the licensing inspector conducted observations and interviews. There was not a preponderance of evidence that the center was not in compliance with requirements, the complaint was
determined to be not valid.
