Provided consultation on subsidy standard:
1) 600B: Within the first 90 days of employment all staff who work directly with children shall complete Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff
2) 600D: All staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment current certification in CPR and first aid appropriate to the ages of children in care
3) 600F: staff who work directly with children shall annually attend at least 16 hours of training and staff development activities to include the department?s health and safety update course

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted. There were 52 children present with 7 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
