A complaint inspection was initiated on 3/16/23 and concluded on 3/16/23. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staff qualifications, staffing and supervision, and programming, The inspection started at 9:15am and concluded at 10:20am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-210-A Complaint related: No Description: Based staff and administration interviews the center failed to ensure program leaders meet required qualifications.
Evidence:
Staff #2 was hired in November 2022 and was then promoted to program leader in January 2023. Staff #2 does not have the required qualifications for this position as of this inspection.Plan of Correction: This staff will obtain the required qualifications as soon as possible. In the mean time another staff who is qualified will become a Co-lead with this staff.
