Technical Assistance given and licensing standards reviewed regarding baby gates, documentation, and standards for CDC.

An announced initial inspection was conducted on March 31, 2023 from 8:45am to approximately 10:15am. The applicant intends to operate a Child Daycare Center for up to 20 children, ranging in age from 6 weeks old to 12 years. First aid and emergency supplies, documentation of emergency practice drills, the emergency preparedness plan and required postings were reviewed. There were no violations identified during the inspection. A six month conditional license is recommended to allow the applicant the opportunity to demonstrate continued compliance with the Standards for Licensed Child Daycare Center. All future inspections will be unannounced. The first unannounced inspection will be conducted within 60 days from the date the license is issued.
