Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 3/24/2023 at 12:05pm. There were 70 (infants to pre-k) directly supervised by 11 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed preparing for and taking naps. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
