Technical Assistance provided and licensing standards were reviewed regarding the infant daily activity, removing staples on walls, trim decorations on front door, and names on cubbies for each child.

An announced initial inspection was conducted on April 12, 2023 from 9:30am to approximately 11:15am. The applicant intends to operate a Child Daycare Center for up to 42 children, ranging in age from 6 months old to 12 years. First aid and emergency supplies, documentation of emergency practice drills, the emergency preparedness plan and required postings were reviewed. There were no violations identified during the inspection. A six month conditional license is recommended to allow the applicant the opportunity to demonstrate continued compliance with the Standards for Licensed Child Daycare Center. All future inspections will be unannounced. The first unannounced inspection will be conducted within 60 days from the date the license is issued.
