An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today.
There were 15 preschool children (ages 3-5yrs) present with one classroom staff member and a substitute.
The children were playing in centers, eating lunch and playing outdoors.
Two child records were reviewed. Staff records will be reviewed at the main office.

Standard #: 22.1-289.035-B-2 Description: Based on a review of staff files, the facility failed to ensure that all employees complete a sworn statement prior to employment.
Evidence:
1. There is no fingerprint back ground check or sworn statement on file for staff #3 who is working in the classroom today.Plan of Correction: Fieldprint appointment is scheduled for 4-28-23.
Sworn statement has been signed. 4-26-23
