A non-mandated inspection was initiated on February 24, 2023 and concluded on April 14, 2023. A complaint was received in the Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Valley Office), on February 17, 2023 regarding staffing and supervision, and child abuse. Interviews were conducted on 02/24/2023, and 04/14/2023 in conjunction with a local agency. Two children's records, one staff record, three interviews, incident reports, and emails/text messages were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
