The licensing inspector conducted complaint investigation In response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 04/05/2023 regarding allegations in the area of supervision and programs. Interviews were conducted with staff, records reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the allegation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
