A monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/13/2023 and concluded on 4/13/2023. There were 12 children present with four staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and one staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:23 am and concluded at 11:30 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-260-A Description: Based on record reviews the center failed to provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence:
The current fire inspection on file is dated 5/12/2021.Plan of Correction: The fire marshal has been contacted and a request has been made for an inspection.
