Standard #: 8VAC20-780-340-D Description: Based on file review and staff interview, the center failed to ensure that each grouping of children had at least one staff member that met the qualifications of program leader or program director regularly present.
Evidence: The Director and Staff #1 stated that Staff #1 was alone with the School age classroom on 4/6/23 and Staff #1 does not have documentation on file that meets the qualifications of a program director or program leader.Plan of Correction: Ensure that at least one staff member meets the qualifications of Lead teacher is regularly present.
