An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on March 28, 2023 from 3:40pm to 5:30pm, in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office regarding programs, staffing and supervision. Interviews were conducted. Observations and documents were reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
