Standard #: 8VAC20-780-340-A Description: Based on interview and photos reviewed, When staff are supervising children, they did not always ensure their care, protection, and guidance.
Evidence:
1) On February 13th 2023, Child A (2 years old) fell off of the climbing equipment in the ?Toddler?s? classroom and their lip began to bleed. Neither Staff administered First Aid.
2) Staff B confirmed that Child A began to cry and their lip was bleeding.

Evidence:
1) On March 1st 2023, Staff A pushed Child A onto a chair to prevent Child A (2 years old) from going to the door. Child A began to cry.
