An expired medication was observed on site today; director was reminded that expired medication cannot be administered.
- Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted on 04/25/2023. 118 children were directly supervised by 17 staff. The physical space, 5 children's records, 3 staff records (including 1 new staff member), evacuation drills, the emergency preparedness plan, accident/injury reports and required posted documents were reviewed. A sampling of medications were also reviewed. Children were observed during circle time, participating in music class, playing outside, engaging in teacher led group activities, playing with developmentally appropriate materials and interacting with the staff. Classrooms were offering activities focused on planting seeds, the plant life cycle, the pond habitat and the spring season. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
