An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 21, 2023. There were 26 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and reading in various places in the classroom. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice.
