A complaint inspection was initiated at the center on January 25, 2023 and completed on February 10,2 023 regarding concerns of staffing and supervision. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
