Technical Assistance:
Consulted on obtaining out of state background checks and the Interstate Child Care Background Check Contact List, renewing the Child Day Care license, obtaining a Central Registry form for a new staff through the CCPAS portal and tummy time requirements.

Both the infant and toddler space need an area for infants to crawl and move around that would benefit from a carpet and bookcases/shelves lower to the ground to allow easy access to materials.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. 4 classroom spaces were in operation with direct care staff in ratio. Observed toddlers and infants transitioning from lunch to diapering and rest time, two's hand washing and the 3/4 classroom coming in from the outside playground, lunch and hand washing. Lunch served today was quesadilla with cheese, chicken and beans/corn. Bottles in the infant space were properly labeled with name and date to identify the owner. reviewed one emergency medication, a new staff hire, physical space, emergency drills and preparation. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
