The Licensing Inspector initiated and completed an unannounced renewal inspection on 4/25/2023. The inspector was on site from 12:40pm until 2:40pm.
There were 80 children under the care of 13 staff. The ages of the children ranged from four months to four years old. The children were observed during outdoor free play, lunchtime and nap time. Five children?s record and five staff records were reviewed.
After review by the Licensing Administrator, the violation notice was amended on 6/12/2023 to correct an error with the code number.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
