A monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/25/2023 from 2:55 pm until 3:40 pm as a result of a self reported incident reported on 04/19/2023 regarding behavior management allegations.
Interviews with staff were conducted, and the information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
