An unannounced investigation was conducted today in response to a complaint regarding physical plant and care of children. During the investigation staff were interviewed, the files of children and staff were reviewed and classrooms were observed. The preponderance of evidence supports the allegations. This complaint has been determined to be valid. A mandated inspection was also conducted. The exit interview was conducted with the director.
