Discussed the requirement of reporting any injury that requires outside medical attention.
Will forward the new staff orientation model form as a reference that includes shaken baby and abusive head trauma which staff are required to have training on by the end of their first day.

An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted today. A total of 24 children with 3 staff and 3 co-op parents were onsite today. Some of the children were observed sitting outside with staff. Observation of the transition to inside was made. Staff and parents were strategically placed to ensure adequate supervision was provided as the children lined up and transitioned inside. Two classrooms were in attendance today. The Dragonflies were actively engaged in circle time while the lead teacher read a book about the chicken hatching. The children were very excited about the anticipation of the eggs located in an incubator hatching.
In the Ladybug Classroom, the children were also in a circle listening to a book that the lead teacher was reading. A center was set up with coffee filters and paint for an activity that day. Observation of the other classrooms, bathrooms on both levels and the outdoor play area was made. The school was found organized and maintained. A total of 3 children's records and 3 staff records were reviewed and found complete. No violations found today. Thank you for your cooperation today.
