Consultation was given on new orientation form that covers updated policies for the center as well as model medication forms.

An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. Three classrooms were in operation today with direct care staff. Rooms are equipped with materials that support the Montessori curriculum. Emergency medications are on-site with multiple staff having Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. Reviewed new staff hires, a sample of children records, physical space, emergency preparation, staff trainings, and policy updates. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
