An SHSI inspection was conducted for Vendor who moved and required an inspection. The Vendor is current in CPR and emergency procedures reflect this address. The Vendor did not have kids present at the time of the inspection but had paperwork, daily attendance, and information for the enrolled children. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-170-B Description: based on record review of children's records, it was determined the vendor did not maintain the following information for 2 of 2 children.
Evidence;
1. Child 1 and Child 2 did not have the parent's employment address.
2. Child #1 did not have the Emergency Contact's address.Plan of Correction: I will ask the parents for that info.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-370-F Description: Based on observation, it was determined the vendor does not have a procedure to dispose of changed diapers and wipes in a leak-proof or plastic-lined storage system that is either foot operated or used in such a way that neither the caregiver's hand nor the soiled diaper or wipe touches the exterior surface of the storage system during disposal.
Evidence:
1. Trash can for diapers has a lid that requires hand to open the container and touches the surface of trash can.Plan of Correction: I will get a new one.
