An unannounced inspection was initiated on 5/12/2023 and concluded on 5/15/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 5/10/2023 regarding allegations in the areas of behavior guidance and supervision. The inspection was initiated on site on 5/12/2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 8:13 to 10:05 am. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
