Standard #: 8VAC20-780-330-B Description: Based on observation and measurement, where playground equipment is provided, resilient surfacing failed to comply with minimum safety standards.
Evidence:
1. The pea gravel in front and back of the swings had a measurement
of approximately 2-3 inches in some areas and in some spots bare ground was showing.Plan of Correction: More pea gravel will be added to needed areas.
