Standard #: 8VAC20-780-330-B Description: Based on observation, resilient surfacing is not in compliance with the minimum safety standards of 9 inches under every playground equipment.
Evidence: There was not enough surfacing under and around the large climber in the center of the playground and the smaller climber on the far left side of the playground. The surfacing measured about 3-4 inches in certain areas.Plan of Correction: Management will be notified today about the low surfacing and more surfacing will be placed in the needed areas.
