Comments:
An in-person mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on May 5, 2023 from 11:00am until 12:40pm. There were 62 children in care with 14 staff supervising. The children were observed playing outside, transitioning to and from the classroom singing songs and sitting down to eat lunch. Lunch served today was cantaloupe, vegetables and pasta. Infants were observed being held during bottle feeding and asleep on their backs. Hallways were decorated with the children's different art projects, writing, and observations of projects. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
