An announced move inspection was conducted. The Vendor dd not have children present but does have 3 children enrolled. Vendor has kept an attendance log and also has files for the children. The Vendor has emergency preparedness plan as well and has documented practice drills. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-170-B-17 Description: Based on record review of children's records it was determined the vendor does not have a written sick policy that states when a child becomes sick they need to be picked up. Plan of Correction: I will add sick policy.
