A complaint inspection was initiated on May 16, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received on May 2, 2023 in reference to the centers termination policy. Documentation was gathered and interviews were conducted.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards regarding the complaint.
