An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio during the inspection.
1 staff and 5 child records were reviewed.
Children were observed participating in a variety of activities including one class having
"Show-N-Tell", washing hands, and preparing for lunch.
Lunch boxes (labeled and dated), injury reports, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, first aid/CPR certifications, MAT Certification, medications, emergency supplies were all in compliance.
Violations were reviewed and confirmed with admin staff at the exit interview.
