An unannounced inspection was conducted on 5/24/23 in response to a complaint received by the department on 5/11//23. The allegations made were related to a staff member pulling a 5 year old child's hair in the classroom. Interviews were conducted with 3 center staff members and 1 child that attends the center. 1 staff record and 1 child's record was also reviewed as part of the investigative process. Based on the preponderance of evidence, the complaint was not valid. No violations were cited during this inspection.
