22.1 EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION

A renewal inspection was conducted today, May 5, 2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. The director was present and assisted in the inspection. There were 26 children present, ranging in ages from four to five years, with four staff supervising. Children were observed practicing singing songs for their graduation presentation and lunch party with parents that was scheduled for later today. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Five children?s records were reviewed and a follow up of five staff records was completed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
