Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Observed children in circle time, transition to an outside walk in the strollers, infants sleeping, sick care and preparation for lunch. All four rooms were in ratio with direct care staff. Reviewed emergency preparation, physical space, records for 2 staff, a sample of children's records, injury forms and required postings. All staff have first aid/CPR, Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification), Daily Health Observation and the annual training requirements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
